Im sorry, Im not as easy as my partner. These guys used our stress against us and convinced my partner to agree to a overpriced water heater when they were only replacing a standard issue water heater. the average for it with equipment and people working is around 3-4k max, they asked for more than 6k, for a replacement to a water heater that was less than 600$ in home depot. They played on his stress and insecurities. I cannot forgive this. If you read this they literally convince those they scam to give good reviews. The guy I talked to had a silvered tongue, They wont help you reasonably, they want to make the most money as possible from you.
Edit: They literally slacked off most of the day which pissed me off even more.
