I’ve known about Roto-Rooter since I was a kid, and never had an opportunity to use them. Today I did. Phil was dispatched out of the Kent office, and he arrived promptly. He got my kitchen drain opened up, and educated me on keeping it clean (It was gross.). Outstanding work by Phil.

Have used Roto Rooter for several work emergencies and each time the service was great! Professional, on-time and very thorough. Work was completed as bid by Clayton and no hiccups. Would use again. They go above and beyond!

Roto-Rooter technian Scott Thomas came out (on a Sunday!) and took care of several issues I was having with leaks, a running toilet, and a slow drain. He did it all! Scott was professional and let me know what he was doing, the cost to me for parts, and what the causes were. He cleaned up every area he had been in before he left. He triple checked all work done and made sure I confirmed the work had been done to my satisfaction. I will be recommending Roto-Rooter (Scott!) to family, friends, and neighbors. Thanks for a job well done!
