I called early Sunday morning about a major plumbing issue and Dominic showed up within the hour and eager to solve the issue. He has great customer service and offered me a coupon for a company special, which reduced my bill. After Dominic was done clearing my drain, he followed up with his supervisor Patrick, who was friendly and offered us accurate information about future work that should be considered. Thanks, Dominic & Patrick! Definitely would recommend their services.

Had an emergency issue at 6pm, John responded in under the half hour estimated response time! Super nice, hard working guy who was very understanding and did a good job of explaining what was going on. Always hard to have an emergency plumbing problem, but John made us feel like we were in good hands.
Follow up appointment with Marcel the next day went great as well, Roto is super fortunate to have those guys working for their company!

Sam was the best. Got my toilet in an installed without a problem. Very professional. I hope I do not need this again but if I do I will definitely request Sam as my technician
