I've been to round 1 in moreno valley customer service was horrible as well as food service not to mention the workers walk around with attitudes but to turn away special needs kids on a field trip is down right evil no matter what the miscommunication was completely unexceptional I want spend another dime there

It's absolutely disgusting that this company couldn't accommodate the special needs class who came in for a field trip. You turned away a class of SPECIAL NEEDS over a few dollars. Apparently you guys had a price increase and somehow the school or someone wasn't notified so when they arrived, the manager turn them away. 170 million dollars couldnt spare a few bucks on special needs children. Maybe have better communication with your customer. I used to take my kids to round one at least once a month, sometimes even more. Now I will never step foot into one of your location or any company you make be affiliated with. Shame on you! I hope you can sleep at night knowing you couldn't spare a class of special needs a couple bucks!
