We ordered pizza from this location at around 8:00 p.m. we got a phone call 25 minutes later saying that none of the staff showed up for their schedule so they had to cancel our pizza and would refund our money or send me a coupon for a free pizza, this never happen so I called today 8/15/22 to ask if I was still able to receive my money back or a pizza, after a long argument on the phone as to me telling the truth or not even with my recipe and invoice, he finally agrees to the failed attempt on their side to refund my money, I took the pizza option and I'm sorry I did! The most disgusting, flat, no cheese, 12 pepperoni on the entire large pizza hardly any sauce and the pizza was like cardboard. I'll be talking to corporate! also the 2 staff members were rude, the young lady was very pleasant, The male that answered the phone also told me he was the supervisor, I find out that indeed he was not! I will NEVER order here again, this wasn't the first bad experience at the Westwood location, I'm not sure why they've had such horrible service here for the past 3 years!
