When I call to request followup treatment under warranty, I'm given such attitude as if I'm the termite and not the customer. They sub out their work to sloppy contractors. Poor customer service. Look elsewhere for your pest control.

Tim came by to see the areas that we want rodent, pest and insect service for. We received his bid later that evening. We still need to get back to him with a few questions. Tim is a very nice and polite person.
