Thank you Richard and Sharon! I had debt on my credit report from when I was 18ish (I am now 30) that I foolishly ignored. Richard took the time to walk me through the process, answer all of my questions, and provide advice on other financial goals I had. Sharon was able to negotiate on my behalf and resolved my accounts in less than five months. My credit score has already improved and it has been only 30 days since the last case was resolved.

Let me start by saying 'Richard and his team are super awesome'. On the initial call - Richard listens to the situation without any judgement and tells openly if the issue can be resolved or not. Once he commits, you can be assured its been taken care of. Richard (and his team) provide timely updates and detailed explanation of what could be coming. This gives a clear idea what the actual issue is. During the phone calls with Richard (and team), I could sense the amount of incredible work that went through. Though the total time it took to resolve my issue was longer (no mistakes of Roundleaf though), I know how much of background work has gone through by his team. Richard and his team are super-talented and I am super impressed with the final result. I would definitely recommend Roundleaf for anyone.
