I have had many experiences with contractors over the years and the Rovianeks are the ONLY ones I've worked with that I would recommend (and highly recommend) afterward. Brent and Doug built a custom home for our family, allowing us to be a huge part of the design and decision making process. They were able to work with us to build an entirely electric home with design elements to maximize efficiencies of passive heating and cooling. All with beautiful finishes for a house that is both functional, comfortable and beautiful. I really appreciated how committed Brent was to building the home we really wanted. He always put our wishes as the top priority during the whole process. These types of projects are inherently stressful, so having someone who is truly on your team and can pivot and adjust as unseen factors arise, is priceless! I cannot say enough positive about these guys. Honesty and transparency are not traits we experience enough of in this modern world. You will absolutely find that with these guys.
The Rovianek's built our custom home in exactly 6 months. We moved in just in time for Thanksgiving. I'm so pleased we went with the Rovianeks after reviewing other builders. We worked with Brent and he was VERY communicative, kind, and thoughtful. He updated the budget sheet several times throughout the build so we knew exactly what to expect on the final day. No surprise costs! Plus, since they finished the build, Brent has checked in on us to make sure everything is working fine several times. And anything that needed tweaked, he made sure to get it resolved! I would build with the Rovianek's again in a heartbeat. Pictured are some of my favorite features custom done by either Brent himself or the Rovianek team Bathroom - a lower niche so I could prop my legs up for shaving Bedroom - gifted to us! 3/4 wall wainscoting Kitchen - custom made hood box to cover the pipe.
