My brother and I were trying to sell our Moms house that’s been sitting empty for 3 years. Our challenge is we are in Alaska and house is in Vancouver, WA. My uncle recommended Rowena. Rowena helped me sell my deceased aunt's house. She quickly assessed what needed to be done to remove belongings from the house, clean the yard and prep the house for selling. She and her team coordinated all of the work for me which made the experience hassle free. Rowena was professional, extremely responsive and the house was sold quickly at a great price. I would use Rowena again without reservation.

I would imagine that our home was one of the easier ones to sell, but it came with some unexpected twists which Ro and Alissa were able to gracefully navigate through and find quick resolutions for. Both were extremely responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire process - we (sellers) were never wondering what was happening...we always knew because the team kept us proactively informed. I am no doubt a difficult customer, but GWR has met and exceeded our expectations. I will also mention that Ro is very aware of the market and related pricing - what i thought was aggressively priced was in a sweet spot that pulled in many buyers - you're in good hands with this team.
