I have used Royal Cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations and have always been pleased with their service. Whenever I need something done I will always go to them.

They have good dry cleaning and alteration services. They also have a VERY strict policy that all orders must be picked up in 30 days. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue for me but I had some things come up that I was out of town for that prevented me from my usual pick up. They have called me 3 times telling me they are going to donate my items if I don’t pick them up. I was able to negotiate for a pick up the day I get back to town which is one day after their 30 day cut off. I was told if I miss it my items will be donated and they are extremely firm in this rule.

She overcharged for a hem after closing early without telling any customers. I’d been told I could pick up Wednesday, and showed up Wednesday by 4. She’d closed early due to warm weather and no AC. Ok fine. I called, told her I couldn’t pick up until 4 because of work, and she said she’d close early the next day if it got warm. Sent my partner the next day to pick it up, and there was AC running.
