If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I was renting a townhouse under them and lived there for 3 years, I provided them with my notice that I was vacating because I was honestly sick and tired of them. They raised the rent a couple times, however, maintenance never went when you put in a request because they only have ONE maintenance guy that only goes on Fridays for all the units. I didn’t have light in my kitchen for a month, which is what led to my notice that I was leaving because I have children and that was not a good condition for them to be in. They didn’t care about that though even after I mentioned it when I called multiple times requesting maintenance go.
There were multiple things that I addressed since I moved in that NEVER got fixed even after multiple contacts to the office. I was there 3 years and still dealing with day 1 problems.
I move out and they still end up keeping my deposit, AND charging me for the issues THEY WERE AWARE OF that was supposed to get fixed by maintenance while I was still there! I did what they told me to do, mail a letter to the office to dispute. What did they do? Send me to collection anyway because I didn’t meet their 15-day requirement to pay. Mind you I never once paid rent late, never gave any problems but they only look for ways to take your money so they don’t have to put money from their budget to fix what they were supposed to from the start.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!! They are super unethical!
