Unparalleled customer service. Recently my grandmother passed away and he was able to promptly desolder the ring and wedding band in time for the cremation (her request was to have the wedding band on). He was also the same gentleman that customized(raised pedestal for the diamond) the ring and soldiered them together for my grandmother 20+years ago. Thank you very much. You are an amazing person!

Had some appraisals checked to make sure they were real. He did it no problem for free and also quoted me a good price to get a ring resized so I’ll be going back soon for that. Great small business
