The staff is great but employee retention is a problem. 3 different physical therapist in as many months.

I chose this place for my initial referral due to the ratings and had submitted for my referral to be sent there before my 30 day follow up post OP and release to therapy. My appointment for the attending physician was 3/26, after my appointment I attempted to contact this place to set my appointment and had to leave a message, this was same day, 3/26. On 3/29 I had not received any contact so I found their website where a person is able to request an appointment and submitted my request. Today, at 9:08 I called again and was directed by automated services to leave a message and informed my husband who then decided to call and was informed they called 3/14 and left a message. I looked on my call log, which I never delete and there are no calls from this business, I checked my messages and there are no new messages. I work at home, so I am always next to my phone. At my lunch hour I contacted them and then they informed me they called, was closed last week and their next isn't until late this month. Lady insisted I was a lier and insisted the call was made, well, I can prove otherwise, my call log and lack of deleting it says otherwise, lady has a poor attitude. I am going elsewhere!!
