I had a great experience from my very first visit at this ENT office. I am scheduled for a tonsillectomy and looking forward to it. The staff have been polite and informative.

I had a disappointing experience due to consistently rude and insensitive front desk workers, more specifically the brunette/red headed woman with wavy hair and glasses. Her lack of professionalism and unfriendly attitude made my visits extremely unpleasant, overshadowing any positive aspects of the medical care provided. Dr. Rizzi was informative but the rushed nature of our interactions during the appointments I’ve had, coupled with him walking halfway through the door in the middle of answering a question leaves me feeling undervalued as a patient.
