first off. i dont even rate nothing because thats a waste of time, so you know alex did that GOOD of a job. yes we had some miscommunication (they thought my tow was 11 pm rather 11 am), but despite all that he came swiftly and treated me with great service. came immediately. he gave me some great tips on the car and the who company gave me the best prices reasonable around the vallejo area. i fr do NOT rate services let alone give out a full rating. they did great. i definitely will depend on them later. they were willing to go a ways and a little more. mans took 10$ off my bill to even eat 😭 if thats not the best civil service? idk what is.

I received a flat tire on my way home from work and these guys were able to help me immensely. Called and gave my information and received a call back within minutes. The technician was already in the area and ready to help immediately. Was able to replace the tire and send me on my way in less than half an hour. Will definitely use this service again in the future if the need arises.

Incredibly rude dispatch. I called to find out how much they charge for lock out service. I explained that I didn't need the service today but would need it next weekend when the vehicle would be delivered. She advised me to call back the day before the vehicle was to be delivered explaining that the price might be different. I explained that all I wanted was an idea of how much it would cost since the seller was going to pay for the service. She promptly said, "I'm sorry sir." Then immediately hung up on me.
When I called back she was unapologetic and gave me a quote that was incredibly outside of a normal price range.
I have no idea how this place has such a high rating.
