I tried pretty hard to resolve my issues with RSSA over the course of many months, and they just seemed to lack any will or interest in meeting the very basics of customer service. I don't like to write poor reviews, but I tried (hard) to give them a chance to come through. At this point I would feel bad if someone else had a $5,000 deposit held hostage for so long and I didn't share my thoughts.
This started with a nice meeting with Ali at RSSA about potentially getting cabinets and other appliances and items with them. I was asked to put over $5K on my credit card to hold as a deposit. I should have known better. I won't go into too much detail, but after deciding not to get cabinets with them, they tried to make us spend the money with them instead of cutting us a check or reversing the charge. They still have a few items of ours and will not give them to us or refund the money despite multiple email follow-ups with Jerry and Ali over several months. I'm kind of done at this point. Live and learn.
