Really just a fantastic car-buying experience. My wife was in the need for a "new" car after a car accident & we happened to come across this dealership... somehow! But I am glad we did. Tucked away off the main highway, this place is a real gem of a find.
Julio was quick to set us up with an appointment & took us out for a test drive. We loved the car. I could tell that they had taken care to not only offer a good quality car, but also clean it & present it to us in a spotless manner. And I mean spotless. Despite being nearly 10 years old, our CR-V looks brand new. Everyone who has seen it has been beside themselves at how clean it is.
The purchase process was also top tier. Tasney was able to set us up with financing at a better rate than many of the larger "stealerships" have quoted us before. She was extremely knowledgeable & quick with her work. Quick is honestly an understatement - we showed up at 1:00 for our appointment & Julio and Tasney had us on our way with our car by 2:00.
Honestly, I was holding my breath through this entire experience waiting for the other foot to drop. I was so skeptical that the experience could be this good & the car could be so clean at SUCH a good price - especially with the market today. But no, Ruby Motors is just that good of a place.
We purchased our car about 2 months ago - June 8, and we haven't had any problems come up with our car at all. I can completely say that this has got to be the only honest, straightforward dealership that I have ever come across.
I am looking forward to when it comes time for myself to buy a car, because I certainly know where I will be going.
Ruby Motors rocks!! Julio and his team are amazing and I could not be happier with my experience. l bought a Honda CRV from them back in February and have since put 10k miles on it with no issues.. I love my car!!! My ac went out mid road trip in 116 degree heat last week and I called Julio to see if he could recommend a trustworthy mechanic to help me. He was so kind and offered to have his mechanic fix it even though they don’t normally work on cars after they're sold and gave me a great deal too! Buy your car from Ruby Motors!! You will be happy you did!!
Absolutely love Ruby Motors, so much so that we have even bought TWO cars from them. Bought the first one in April 2024 & had such a good experience with them we decided to buy our second from them yesterday. Julio & Scott are great guys, who don't push for sales (which with my anxiety is great!) they give it to you straight & have been working with cars for years. If you decide you don't like the option you originally went there for, they have plenty of other good quality cars you can test out. Highly recommend Ruby Motors!
