Received a haircut from a level 1 stylist and he tried to do the best he could but oh my god.... the back side it lop sided, he didn't know how to line up a fade, my hair looks like a crazy person!!!!!!!

I wanted to share my recent experience at your salon. I understand that punctuality is important in your business, but I was disappointed with the way I was treated for being just 5 minutes late due to unavoidable reasons. The staff's response felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. While I appreciate the need for a smooth schedule, a little understanding and politeness would have made the situation much better. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I had Sara J as my hair stylist and they did an excellent job. I went in with what I had in mind but my haircut turned out better than I thought. 👏
