Rudy's is fine. The stylists who work there are generally okay. They do churn a lot, and often are not that precise.
A short men's haircut is now within sniffing distance of $70 after tax and tip. I don't see value there. I think either pay 10 or 20 bucks more and get more bespoke service from someone who will give you more time and maybe have more pride in the work. Or find some place that's less cool. Looking inside with immigrant staff and save 20 bucks. Rudy's is just kind of stuck the fully-pleases-no-one middle, like a haircut Applebee's.
