Horrible 5 minute late policy even though I called and said I was going to be late because parking is impossible to find in the area. Got charged full price and 2 of the stylist are standing around cutting no one’s hair but they’re “fully booked up”

My stylist is Mykey, they did a great job! I've been going to them for a long time now. Mykey is great at working with you to figure out what hair style you want and helps you know the terminology to help you explain what you're wanting if you find yourself in a different chair. If you're wanting a simple cut, or something new, maybe colorful, they got you! I've been coloring my hair for years and I've always worried about frying my hair, but it's never been an issue.

Bad service. I was getting a cut and overheard them refusing to give someone a buzz cut because they were 5 minutes late (on an insanely crowded day in Fremont). The employee who was supposed to give the cut then stood behind the counter doing nothing for the next 25 minutes. Can’t help but feel bad for the guy.
