Not a huge fan of this place. They lock the dressing rooms and we had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to let us in to try on the clothes. Only one person was checking out customers so that line took forever as well. There were 3 employees standing off to the side talking and having people test the perfume while they were waiting to check out so they could get that last minute impulse purchase.

Customer service was awful, I went in tried on some clothes, in the fitting room a box of my daughters shoes fell out of the bag but I didn't notice until I got home I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to call them to let them know so I could pick them up the next day but the workers ignored my phone call. I have worked customer service my whole life and I have never been more pissed in my life about how I was treated. Word of mouth spreads far and I am going to let everyone know how they treated their customer.

Awesome sales associates helped me select everything on my list. The ladies that work there are very friendly and very helpful. Clothing selection is top-notch!
