Very friendly people and clean we can find anything we need when we're there. My wife loves getting perfume here and when they have new fragrances the staff is very helpful.

I placed a store pick up order and received an email that it was ready. I drove all the way to the store to be advised the item was out of stock. I was not given an option to pick it up at another store or to have it mailed. All I got was "sorry we don't have it". I reached out to customer service whom wasn't helpful at all. I will not shop at Rue21 any longer
