Just had to write a second review for the wonderful folks over at Rufus Guitar Shop. Have been a customer now for a few years, have purchased a handful of guitars, accessories and an amp over that time. None of it particularly high-ticket, and yet these folks remember me each and every time I walk in, or shoot an email inquiry.
I think over that time I've had the pleasure of dealing with most of the staff at both locations. They are always knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. As genuine as they come. It keeps me driving out from Langley. I bring friends in from time to time to experience Rufus for themselves.
A big shoutout to Blaine and Jonathan, who recently worked their magic to get me out of my older gear into a new Martin D-18. Can't be more thrilled with it. They're also the certified Martin repair shop in the area. This was a larger purchase than normal for me, so it's nice to have that support in place, should anything go sideways or I have any questions.
Do yourself a favour and swing by the raddest guitar shop in town!
