Bought a couple of rugs here a few months ago, and couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the rugs. I shopped around quite a bit and the price was very good too for the high quality of the rugs. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for rugs to check this store out.

On each visit, I learn more and more about the history of the rugs and the regions from where they come. The owners are happy to explain the process of making the rugs and what elements to look for in selecting a high quality piece. In short, they don't just sell rugs, but love them also and want to help you find a quality, collectable piece that will become a part of your family and home. The owners of Ventura Rug Gallery treat each customer like a close personal friend, rather than just another sale. I have visited almost every rug store in Southern California, and I can say that this is the best place to shop. I highly recommend them.
