This is the worst place to get help from, addiction or medical. I lost a written script, ONCE, called them all day long, being told that "the provider was in with a patient." at 2pm. and as I continued to call throughout the day, I was told the same thing over and over again. and was only told after 5pm that I needed to file a police report to be able to be given another script or wait a MONTH to get my Subutex or (suboxone as it's normally called) filled again. So I had to call the police and waste their time because of this demeaning, ignorant and untruthful procedure that the Rafael Medicus Clinic uses to determine whether or not they're asses are going to get sued. Continuing to call I was then told that "Dr. Joy would be in with a patient until 6pm (when they close) I followed these rules, got a police report and then they STILL refused to write a new script for me, they lied to me, followed by being hung up on by the provider on call and the front desk shutting their phones off. These staff members have been nice to me in the past, but all of a sudden I've been made an enemy. I DO NOT recommend this clinic for anything! Please find medical attention or help for your addiction elsewhere! It's not worth it to go here. I once had to wait 2 hours to be seen, because they booked my Appt at a time before the provider (Dr. Puzon) wasn't even there yet! If I could give them a zero I would. Honestly just avoid this place overall. It will give you butt cancer.

Thorough! Her staff does hustle! Without mismanagement of my care. When things need to be changed i always get a courteous phone call and and timely accomadations. Its worth the wait that comes up sometimes.. that's a good sign.

She is a very nice dr. Easy to speak with and she knew just the right meds to give with me saying little about my condition at that moment . But the office has no set hrs I font think ,no one answers.the phone , it took 3 hrs after my set apt time to see the dr at all. All that aside good comfy feeling at the office and from her .
