BE CAREFUL HIRING RUIZ!! I love the color of my house! However, the paint has started to bubble. Ruiz came and repaired it but it looks horrible. Then more bubbles popped up. He said it was my siding but when I did research it said that it was most likely caused by not preparing it correctly or poor quality paint. It also said possibly do to sun exposure or moisture. It's exterior paint! I asked for a partial refund but he is refusing to pay. I don't want it all back because he did the work and tried to fix it. But I think I'm entitled to half. UPDATE: Didn't get half but got some. Plus I had to sign to say I wouldn't sue. They answered this to say I wasn't a client...CYA I guess lol.
