so I'm ordering a machine for my friend who is on the phone with me. She can't talk because she's had 3 strokes. We go through a painful process of giving a payment method because she has serious difficulty talking. The shipping and billing address were different, but nothing was said at the time of purchase, like NO YOU CAN'T do that. It's against our policy. Quite unusual. After several emails back and forth they come up with this policy that shipping and billing must match. So what's the purpose of requiring these two entries? Like we were going to steal the equipment from them. Very POOR customer service and customer relations.
