Should have read the reviews. Cost is considerably more than other dumpster service we've gotten in the past. Called the office and they said, no kidding, tough... That's our price, deal with it.
Seems like a mafia, no joke, there isn't overlapping competition here it seems like. Because of how terrible this experience has been we will literally be buying a dump trailer and doing it ourselves in Lewis county going forward.
Friendly and helpful customer service. Not sure what other reviewers have experienced, but I've spoken to reps multiple times over the last 3 yrs and never had a negative experience. I usually call to pay directly with a rep and they've always been patient and kind. Pickup times are inconsistent, which is unfortunate. No one wants to take the trash out at 5:50am, but if left out the night before the critters get it. However, when we've missed a pickup, the charge to have it picked up later is very reasonable $5.75, and if we add a bag it's only $3. Compared to Oly, LeMays prices and fees are super fair.
