BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I came across a new listing online for a used X3, which I was attempting to purchase for my daughter. On Friday at 2PM, I reached out to the dealership to inquire about it. It was available. I immediately agreed to purchase price without any haggling and asked for transportation cost. I told the salesperson that I would take to vehicle and I wanted to secure it. He said that he was unable to do so...and that I would have to wait till Monday to complete the transaction IF THE X3 WAS STILL AVAILABLE. I was blow away and asked why, he stated that GM had made the decision and that if the vehicle was still available after their dealer event that they were having over the weekend that they would get back to me to let me know and I could discuss buying the car then. That said, I continued to reach out to them throughout the weekend confirming that the vehicle was still there....all day Saturday, AM and PM on Sunday and right when I thought we were in the clear...the salesman contacted me 3 minutes before they closed to tell me that they had just sold the car. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A DEALERSHIP WITH SUCH SHADY TACTICS. The GM (Ken Christ) should not be representing a BMW dealership. If you are an out of state customer, I wouldn't bother contacting these folks they will try to string you along until they find a better deal with a local buyer. And now that you get a 1 star review, you reach out to me to see what you can do to resolve things? If the vehicle is gone then so is your chance to make things right. Here's a suggestion, when someone contacts your dealership to buy a car, SELL IT TO HIM!
