Very ethical and reliable mobile mechanic. Russell Auto Diagnostics has done work for family members as well me and it is always a great experience. Prior to my most resent repair the owner/mechanic, Jordan, had completed regular maintenance on my 2006 Crown Victoria and in the process taught me a few things I can do myself to save money. He has also changed my brake pads and rotors, added a sway bar and installed new rear springs. The most recent repair was my AC which was on the fritz and all I was getting was hot air. He was able to fix the AC and discovered that I needed a new blend door actuator which involved taking my entire dash apart. When he was done with the work the AC was freezing cold and the dash looked as if he had never taken it out of my car. He performs diagnostics each time and tells me exactly what the issue is and what the approximate cost will be. Every time he has come in under his estimate. His hourly rate is reasonable, and I never feel like I got ripped off. I don’t use any other mechanic. The best part is he does the work at my home and I can watch everything. Awesome experience. Highly recommended.

I have been burned over the years with mechanics and was convinced there wasn't a decent one in all of Spokane County, until I found Jordan. This man has a true passion for understanding how vehicles work and how to fix them. He replaced my head gaskets for my 2001 Legacy GT Wagon and it feels fresh off the factory line, he even let me rebuild my power steering pump at his shop for free and guided me along the process, something you don't see every day, and am eternally grateful for the knowledge he's given me.
You are doing yourself a disservice by not giving this man a chance to help you with your vehicle problems, he is well worth your time.

Jordan is hands down the best mechanic in town. I go to him for all my repairs. Hes worked my alternator, brakes, struck, shocks, transmission flushes and just general repairs. Hes taking on lots of new customers (rightfully so) so if there's a little wait don't worry, it's completely worth it. A+ mechanic and services!
