This is the 2nd time I have used this company. The guys could not have more professional. They packed everything for me. As I told them, “I am not even moving a bar of soap”! They were quick and efficient!, every box labeled. Tara (in the office) is a pleasure! I highly recommend Russell Moving and Storage!
I used Russell's many times . I had him move me cross country. I took out $ 200,000 insurance coverage. Many things arrived utterly smashed . Antique fountain destroyed, tables in pieces. There was over $80,000 in damages. When I filed a complain Russel's refused to honor my claim .I followed up with Lawyers letter which he ignored. He offered only to return the cost of the insurance. I cannot warn you enough Don't trust him. I had paid him thousands for storage and shipping and he won't even answer calls. His answer is too bad.His behavior was disgraceful . My loss was enormous.
