We booked an appointment with them friday everything is all set. they said the driver will be there 12pm on monday. but they didnt arrive. we called them to ask for an update. no records of the appointment according to the representative (she is very rude). she said she can set up the tow. from $165 initial price they change it to $245 then we need to wait another hr for them to come. Unprofessional. Will never use this company again
