Ignorant staff never acknowledged ever. This time again went to buy my work cloths on last Sunday.purchased 2 same item but different colour. The girl who helped me( I have the employee code on the receipt) super annoying did not smile or asked me anything at the cash counter,0 interest in acknowledging valuable client.Anyway I was happy with my purchase, so I ignored her attitude.She did 2 separate transaction I dnt know why.Because I already tried both before purchase so did not pay attention towards the tag and size again the time of the transaction.The girl who helped me for transaction SHE DID NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT ITEM NOT HAVING TAG NITHER SHE ASKED ANY OF THE TEAM MEMBER TO BRING SAME ITEM WITH TAG OR ANY ITEM CODE. So thought it’s a normal transaction.Because according to me other store except the exchange even if u lose the tag so I took my item got home and realized it’s not the same size. Thought to take it to Grandview corner south surrey RW &Co close to my work(within the 24hrs of purchase with original receipt and my master card transaction history)to exchange but the manager told me it’s a theft situation they have to check cameras what exactly happened at the cash counter how come there is big difference in size and no tag!! So in short story long he called me thief and I ran away from tsawwassen mall after picking up the wrong size and went to south surrey location for exchange. What a stupid statement made by the manager. I asked if he can do anything I have 2 toddlers and it’s hard for me to drive again that far could you do something he simply denied and said this is RW &CO policy. If THAT GIRL WHO DID MY TRANSACTION WOULD PAY ATTENTION WOULD HAVE BEEN WAY MORE EASIER FOR ME EXCHANGE BUT SHE SIMPLY DID NOT GIVE A damn.thank you for wasting my time.Future buyer plz ask the exchange and return policy before spending you valuable MoNEY.

Never been to this brand. I was looking to find my size, and Sayyam was so kind to come help me in a systematic method. Now I know I'm an XXL Slim for their dress shirts. And Sayyam helped me place online orders for items they didn't have in store. Very pleased with my experience.

The short brown lady with long fake eyelashes is rude and unprofessional. When I went there to return a top, she doesn’t even want to take it out of the bag herself. She’s so lazy. She doesn’t even know how to complete a return and has to ask other people for help.
