I was in a wreck, and they towed both vehicles on site. It was a bit chaotic of course and after hook up they pulled into the neighboring parking lot secured it and left. Had a I been severely injured I would not of know where my car even was. The police report took several days to load so no way to reference its location from there. After I was feeling better, I called two days later, and they charged me outrageous storage fees for holding it. Had they given me an opportunity to discuss it I would have had it towed elsewhere where I could arrange to have it scrapped on my own timeline. Every day it was there while I figured out how to pick it up, they just keep charging. The solution was for me to give them the car to scrap, and they would void the storage fees. No matter how you slice it they took advantage of me and many others.

I was stranded at a gas station in Waters, Michigan just of I-75, on way up to the St Ignace Car Show in the Upper Peninsula, My 5th Wheel trailer just had a blow out and I was unable to get the lug nuts off, jacked up, spare in hand and very frustrated. Ryan happened to be at the same location with tools, not on the clock but on Vacation as well. He had a cordless impact with sockets, had the tire off and back on in only Minutes. Great guy to work with!!! No need to look any farther when you need help, don't hesitate to give him a call, I know I wont. Thanks again for taking time out of your Vacation to help someone in need.

Earlier this week my car wouldn’t start. I called Ryan’s Towing because his ratings on Google were excellent. I’m glad I called because they were fast, polite, and Dan and Ryan made my stressful day a little easier. Thanks guys for great service. If you need a tow in the Rockford and surrounding areas, I highly recommend Ryan’s Towing.
