The worst on líne shop ever, the worst client service ever, doesnt even response. Their policy is: "i got you money if you get your product or not, is your problem" i would think twice before purchase.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Requested order cancellation one minute after order was placed. They ignored it and claim to have already send it out 4 minutes later. Customer service made me feel like I was just bothering them.

Great service and help with making a front suspension fork work great for me. People dont realize how much they've advanced over the years and put them down because of they're parts that come on many entry level bike ($500 and less complete bikes). They have a great upgrade program to save money and are more than helpful. Darren Salsbury did more than I could ask adding some little things after describing my weight and use for suspension fork and if you buy a bike new and send them a picture of the fork on the bike and receipt you get a SIGNIFICANT discount for sticking with the company. Couldn't ask for better service.
