I had a car towed by them and they towed it fine. However, they damaged holes in frame for my car and I showed them photos and I spoke with them about it and they said they would follow up with me about it and they never did. I reached out once again and was left on hold/transfer line. They car was damaged and I was just expecting them to prvoide some sort of compesation due the damage of my car frame. The holes were worped and will be unsafe to use those holes if my car ever needs to be towed again. Be careful always check the condition of your car before and after a tow with S&R.

We have the HARDEST driveway to back into but Andrew was able to do it! Also had to pull the car at an angle. He was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thanks!
