I got off my graveyard shift to a truck that would not start. Rick was out in a decent amount of time for the time if night. not only did he finally get my truck running but i think he helped me figure out why it wouldn't start in the first place.

We called a day before to pick up our car and re called the next day, we set up a time to pick up which was between 1 and 1:30PM. We got here before hand and waited for another our. We call and they say we have to wait another 30mins. Okay we were fine with that. Time passes. We call again, nope they end up hanging up. Now it's 3:00 and NOTHING. Terrible costumer service! 😤😠😡

Lisa I was great she is in the vista office. But I went to the oceanside office and the girl was there and they were not so good. Could not tell me where my car was at. Also the tow truck drive when he was picking up the car didn't want to scratch his truck well let me tell u the car was under trees so I would not recommend them for that reason.
