I had a special handmade and hand-crafted pixie coat (fairy coat), made of sweater pieces ($600 Christmas gift), that I am very picky about. Sweater pieces often get holes in them. The maker requested I ship it back every time it needs repair and I'm not going through that.
The people that repaired my coat, did such an awesome job on all the holes in the sweater material, that I couldn't even tell where the holes were originally. Some that I found were done so well, I couldn't tell what part was repair thread and what part was original sweater thread.
They are awesome! Got me for a lifetime!
