The tow driver for pick up is unreliable. Called because never received a call he was on his way, they said he’s stuck in traffic and seconds later they said he’s here but he said I️ wasn’t so he left. Lying to customers and bad customer service NOBODY GO HERE THE WORSE SCAM EVER.

Guy said theres a hundred pound limit. Per the state of California. Since when? They didnt even take what was under 100 lbs had to dump everything back in the truck and to top it off he walked off to go get food from some guy who walked in the lot took his sweet time chatting it up worst place ever not worth it keep your distance from this place the service sucks. Going back to the one that i usually go to tried this one out just cause it was closer to my house.
