The team at Sac Delta is friendly, efficient, and professional and we are grateful for their help managing our multiple rental properties. They know their markets and have a broad array of reliable contractors to help when issues arise. Sac Delta's online owner portal makes is easy to monitor income and expenses, approve maintenance requests, and access important documents. Highly recommend them for property management!

My property management company Sacramento Delta is amazing. Jason and Regina are my contacts in the company. They are always on top of my maintenance needs and house issues and are quick to reach out to me. Thanks for great customer service! I enjoy my rental house and feel very comfortable in it, stress free environment as far as renting the home. I recommend them with a 10:)

I'm not one for writing fancy reviews, so I'll keep this simple. After researching a few rental management companies, I went with Sac Delta. They've always served and advised me well. I've always been happy with their service, and satisfied with their advice. I've had opportunities to rent my place without them, and have turned those opportunities down. I'm happy with their services, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
