I am a true believer and supporter of Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse and here is the basis of why. We have an older hot tub, the Ecospa 3, it was there when the house was purchased, a real quality spa, with a hard cover, it’s about 6 years old. Well a few weeks ago, the motherboard decided to have problems.
I called Amanda at the Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse to find a solution. I have a lot of knowledge and experience with pumps, and motherboards, so I asked for a replacement. Amanda explained that I could install it myself and gave the part number, cost and the website to order it. I wanted to keep my business local, but I had no choice, I had to buy from the website. Amanda told me everything I needed to know about the entire process of ordering, removing, installing, and how to troubleshoot, OVER THE PHONE!! Without once looking at a manual, or a web page. Well I was impressed and want to do more business with Amanda.
Well the part arrived and I installed it yesterday, everything was working fine, but the spa was not heating up. Just one phone call to Amanda and she knew what the solution was and walked me through it, in 15 minutes it was fixed, and it one hour the spa was heating up. Again she is relying on her wealth of expertise and skills, she has mad skills!! I can’t thank her enough and will exclusively be doing business with Amanda.
She didn’t have to do any of this, we were not the original buyer, and she could have shoved us off to Ecospa, but she didn’t. She is worth her weight in gold for the customer support, extensive knowledge, and professionalism. We are now a loyal customer and a fan of Amanda. You should be too!
