Love this place. The natural food selections are plentiful and the store is well organized and friendly. It feels like a white African village :-) My favorite item is the vegan chili. This product is so good I could eat it with a fresh salad 7 nights a week. It is super pricey but it brings my taste buds so much joy, I can't avoid buying it. Besides that, the salads are delicious and the pastries are out of this world.

Great grocery store in the center of Sacramento! They have a nice salad and food bar for lunch. They have a nice seating area upstairs. Their bulk foods and healthcare section is pretty intense. The prices aren't too bad either. Also, they have a small parking lot out front and a huge parking structure across the alley, very nice!

The whole place is just lovely. I usually get water and a few veggies but I thought to treat one of their dishes which was the Mac and cheese and also turkey penn pasta which was delicious. Also had their vegan blueberry bread pastry and it was soooooo good. They always have amazing deals here too. Update: back in Sacramento in2024 & they are still thriving. One of my favorite stores I tell everyone about! If you are a health nut like me, this is the place to be. The customer service is always wonderful too
