8/3/2024 - updated review I left their service person a good review when they came out, but in terms of business practice, they are as shady as they get. I can not recommend staying away from this company enough. Here are a couple reasons.
They are grossly overpriced. We got an estimate from a local competitor that has been in business for many years, and their service is literally $100 less per billing period.
Their sales people have communicated with me about expanding my service, and when I text them back asking for how to cancel our service, they do not answer. When I called, I had to go through a whole process of speaking to their first line customer service representative, then sat on hold for 30 minutes to speak to another representative about cancelling. This is straight up bully practice. They want to bully you into keeping your service rather than acquiescing to your cancellation request on a month to month service. It's shady, it's bad business, and I swear I will never touch Saela with a 10 foot pole again. Stay far away from this company, they just want your money and don't care about actually providing you service.
