This is a fun place to bring young kids. It's clean and has nice restrooms, a hand washing station and sanitizer. You can't book in advance for open play but if you come 15 in advance of the start time you will probably get in. They recently started weekend open play hours; it was surprisingly not at capacity. You can bring food from home but not from restaurants. It you buy a package of 10, the visit per child is only $9 (regular is $12).
Update June 2022: we had a birthday party here and were just blown away by the impeccable service. All of the staff are so kind and accommodating; everything is incredibly clean and well-run. The communications ahead of the party are excellent as well.
