My car broke down just outside of town, the tow truck driver recommended Safe Havens and I couldn't be happier. Friendly, fast service. My truck was repaired by 10am and I was back on the road. Thanks Safe Havens!

They got my car in right away with a brocken serpentine belt. They explained what might be the cause and give me a call in the morning. They followed up early the next day and had the repairs done by the afternoon. No extra this or that. No drama, just straight forward professional auto repair.

I try to support local businesses so I stopped in to inquire about an exhaust repair. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was an intruder and unwelcome. I was treated so rudely like he didn't want to be bothered. He ended up taking my number, but I think that was just to get rid of me cause he never called. I ended up going to another local business, Icicle Valley Automotive, and they are very accommodating and do good work. I guess it must be nice to have enough business to just blow off customers. If you're too busy to take on my work I get it. But maybe you could just be professional and say that.
