If I could give it zero stars I would. Came in to order a cake for my mother, stressed to the lady that was assisting me that this was a very very important cake. Told her that I wanted a beautiful Texas rose with some grass. I was reassured that the person who was going to come in and do it was "the best". However when I came back for it, I got a complete and utter nightmare. It was beyond what I expected. It was disgraceful and shame on her for thinking that this was good enough for anybody. I don't know who lied to her and told her she had skills. It seems like you guys hired some random person, because she can't even spell!!!! If I wanted something absolutely awful I would have asked a child to do it.
Note to manager: thanks for being a good sport about it to a very very indignant family. I hope she gets fired. Im sure none of you would insult your mother's with this poor excuse of a cake.
