I usually don't shop at this Safeway location, and after what I witnessed yesterday, July 31, I will never, ever again. A customer was seeking help for a lottery ticket, and the manager treated the customer extremely poorly, unprofessional, and a huge lack of respect. I witnessed the manager yelling and kept repeating, "I'm trying to help you" so many times, that made me believe that the manager was on some sort of drugs. Safeway should really reevaluate that location, particularly the management and how they are trained. I believe that particular manager in question was named Paul.
