I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I received at this facility during my recent delivery (09/24/24).
I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment with a load, but unfortunately, the receiving office worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite being at the facility for over four hours, my truck was not unloaded. When I approached the worker to request the unloading of my truck, expressing concern for my time, performance, and other pending loads, I was met with a highly inappropriate response. The worker stated, "I don’t care about your company, your performance or your loads, or what managers say, I know what I’m doing and you will wait until I want to unload you."
To make matters worse, the worker falsely accused me of saying “you said things to my staff that could put his life in danger”. This accusation is completely unfounded and deeply offensive, especially given the circumstances. Such an allegation is not only false but highly damaging, and it further escalated my preexisting frustration.
I was shocked by this level of unprofessionalism and never expected to be treated this way at Safeway Spokane. Not only was my time wasted, but these actions have severely disrupted my schedule and affected my ability to fulfill my other commitments.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously, address this issue, and ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.
