These guys are slipping. Used to be one of my favorite drops, due to friendly and efficient staff but this latest debacle is making me revise my thinking.

Gave a 12:15 appointment by dispatch, arrive 11:15 to be told to check in at 13:30 for a 14:00 as they would have people then. Check in at 13:30, given my pink pass and told they would call. 16:30 comes by, I go back to the window and am told it will NOW be for 18:30! Huh? How many times will my appointment slip?

Called back to dock a couple of minutes later but this has been a VERY wasteful day which just continues to suck. I am now the ONLY truck left still here and they show NO signs of getting me my bills in spite of having the green light for over half an hour.
