Not about to go out of their way to be helpful. I keep getting told to do one thing, I tell them it didn't work, told I am wrong. So I am on the third level of Hell and all that needed to be done is that they take 1 minute out of their time. This is for vaccinations. Don't get me started on the pharmacy part. The waiting forever to get your prescription to be told it is not ready even though you have a texts saying it is, hello Purgatory

They're SUPER slow and the lines are almost always long; I changed pharmacies after having been a Safeway Pharmacy customer in the past. However, I still have to pick up my stepson's prescriptions here. The reason I gave them three stars is because the staff redeemed themselves a bit the last time I went to pick up his prescription. He had recently switched insurance companies and there was some confusion regarding which company should be billed (they both said he wasn't covered). The staff gave me a lot of attention and assistance in getting it figured out, and were very friendly and patient in the process. Instead of just sending me down the road to figure things out on my own, they saw it through to the end, and I truly appreciate that.

They were fast and efficient. But the last 3 months, never have our prescriptions ready even after 24-48hrs from recieving it. This last time, husband went to pick up sons prescription, they had not filled it. It was in the system for over 24hrs, said they would mark it urgent but it would still be a 2hr wait. We live 1.5-2hrs from the pharmacy with none closer.
